Vetala

Vetala són un tipus de monstre, gairebé en forma de serp, que cacen en parelles perquè puguin capturar les seves preses. No solen caçar en solitari. També semblen ser lleials i protectores de la seva classe, òbviament, tenen una forta mentalitat de ramat que s'estén com una família.

Vetala are a type of monster, almost snake-like, that hunt in pairs so they can capture their prey. They don't usually hunt solo. They also appear to be loyal and protective of their kind, obviously having a strong pack mentality that extends like family.  

Aparença Física/ Physical Appearance
Apareixen de forma humana fins que ataquen, que és el moment en què revelen les dents afilades i blaus ulls de serp.

They appear human until they attack, at which point they reveal sharp teeth and blue, snake-like eyes.

Poders i Habilitats/ Powers and Abilities

• Ullals - Posseeixen, ullals aguts molt forts que poden esquinçar obrir una gola humana. Al diari de John, afirma que les mossegades d'un vetala sobre les seves víctimes humanes s'assemblen als senyals d'un atac de vampirs.

• Verí paralitzant - vetala paralitzar les seves víctimes amb una mossegada verinosa. Es diu a la víctima inconscient, i fa un brunzit a l'orella juntament amb la força dèbil.

• Alimentació - Igual que els vampirs, que s'alimenten de sang humana.

• Súper força - vetala semblen tenir una major força que els permeti dominar als éssers humans, fins i tot fins ben construïdes, com Sam i Dean. 

• Súper sentits - vetala semblen posseir una major audiència, ja que un era capaç de detectar a algú d'amagat darrere de l'esquena.

• Fangs - They possess extremely strong, sharp fangs that can rip open a human throat. In John's journal, he states that a Vetala's bite marks on their human victims resemble the marks of a vampire attack.
• Paralyzing Venom - Vetala paralyse their victims with a venomous bite. It knocks the victim out cold, and causes a ringing in the ear along with weakened strength.
• Feeding - Like vampires, they feed on human blood.
• Super strength - Vetala appear to have enhanced strength that allows them to overpower even well built humans like Sam and Dean.
• Super senses - Vetala appear to possess enhanced hearing, as one was able to detect someone sneaking behind his back.

Debilitats/Weaknesses

• Ganivet de plata - Es pot matar al ser apunyalat al cor amb un ganivet de plata (ganivet ha torçar una vegada que completi i effectivly matar). Quan moren els seus cossos s'enfonsen a trossos.

• Silver knife - They can be killed by being stabbed in the heart with a silver knife (Knife must be twisted once to complete and effectivly kill). When they die their bodies crumble apart.
