Changeling

Changelings són criatures humanoides amb descolorida, pell viscosa, ulls enfonsats, i una boca rodona amb moltes dents. Poden aparèixer en humans, però la seva veritable naturalesa es revela quan es reflexen en un objecte. S'alimenten dels humans.

Changelings are humanoid creatures with discolored, slimy skin, hollow eyes, and a round mouth with many teeth. They can appear human, but their true nature is revealed in reflection. They feed on humans. 

Característiques / Characteristics
Han parlat llarg de la història per ser els substituts dels nens reals que han estat robats pels monstres. Els nens es prenen generalment en un subterrani, i alimentats per la mare changeling. El changeling que reemplaça el nen té el mateix aspecte que el nen original, però és dolent, i actua de forma diferent. Res els separa de la seva font d'aliment. A mesura que s'alimenten de la mare del nen que han adoptat la forma, van a matar a qualsevol que s'interposi en el seu camí. La mare durarà uns mesos i després mor, i lel changeling passarà a la següent zona.

Encara que actuen una mica com els infants, els joves són freds, i no sembla correcte, com a tal algunes mares s'adonen que no és el seu fill.

They have been talked about throughout history as being the replacements for real children who are stolen away by monsters. The children are usually taken underground, and fed on by the mother changeling. The changeling that replaces the child looks the same as the original child, but is evil, and acts differently. They will let nothing separate them from their food source. As they feed off the mother of the child they have taken the form of, they will kill anyone who gets in their way. The mother will last a few months and then dies, and the changeling move on to the next neighborhood.

Although they act somewhat like children, the young are cold, and do not seem right, as such some mothers notice that it is not their child. 

Aparença / Appearance  
La veritable forma dels changelings és descolorida, pell viscosa, ulls enfonsats i la boca rodona amb moltes dents. Una veritable forma canviants pot ser vist només en la reflexió en un mirall o una altra superfície reflectant.

Changelings true form is discolored, slimy skin, hollow eyes and round mouth with many teeth. A changelings true form can be seen only in reflection in a mirror or other reflective surface.  

 Poders i Habilitats / Powers and Abilities

• Súper Força - Es té una força superior, però no per molt.  
• Boca d'anguila - Amb dents afilades que els permeten alimentar-se dels humans, i una boca com una anguila 
• Canviar de forma - Poden aparèixer de forma humana.  
• Súper Agilitat - Són capaços de pujar per les parets per prendre els nens.   
• Invulnerabilitat - només pot ser matat pel foc, però no són completament invulnerables, i pot ser ferit.

• Super strength - They have superior strength, but not by much.
• Lamprey-like mouth - They have sharp teeth that allow them to feed on humans, and a lamprey-like mouth.
• Shapeshifting - They can appear human.
• Super Agility - Are able to climb walls to snatch children.
• Invulnerability - Can only be killed by fire, but are not completely invulnerable, and can still be hurt. 

  Debilitats / Weaknesses

• Foc - Si establiu a un changeling en flames el matarà.  
• Família - Matar un changeling mare farà que els seus fills morin a l'instant  
• Miralls - la veritable forma d'un changeling es revela en un mirall.

• Fire - Setting a changeling on fire will kill it.
• Family - Killing a mother changeling will cause its children to die instantly
• Mirrors - A changeling's true form is revealed in a mirror.
